Pam Jones, CRNP
Pam Jones was born and raised in Prattville, Alabama, where she graduated from Autauga Academy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in 1996, where she also met her husband, Adam. Driven by a desire to advance her clinical expertise and better serve her patients, Pam later completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of South Alabama in 2016. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and became a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner in 2025.
Pam has dedicated her career to caring for women, with a deep and enduring passion for supporting patients through every stage of life—from adolescence and reproductive years to pregnancy, routine wellness, and menopause. She began her nursing career in 1997 as a labor and delivery nurse, where she developed a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centered care. In January 2017, she transitioned into her role as a nurse practitioner, continuing her focus in women’s health at a local clinic.
Pam has a particular interest in menopause care and is committed to helping women navigate this often-overlooked stage with confidence, comfort, and personalized support. As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner and member of The Menopause Society, she brings specialized knowledge and evidence-based care to women experiencing perimenopause and menopause. She believes in empowering her patients through education, preventative care, and open, collaborative relationships that prioritize long-term wellness.
In March 2026, Pam joined Aventa Specialized Women’s Care, where she is proud to provide comprehensive, individualized care tailored to each woman’s unique needs and health goals.
She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Wiregrass Nurse Practitioners Association, the Nurse Practitioner Alliance of Alabama, Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health, and The Menopause Society, staying current with the latest advancements in her field.
Pam and her husband have called Dothan home for over 25 years. They have three children and enjoy cheering on Alabama football and spending time at the lake whenever possible. Outside of work, Pam enjoys staying active, working out, and spending quality time with family and friends.
