Hayley Mcdaniel, CRNP

Motivated to provide dependable and genuine concern for the health and care of her patients, Mrs. Hayley McDaniel truly embodies the mission of Aventa Specialized Women's Care and has a heart for caring for women of all ages.

Mrs. Hayley McDaniel is originally from Leesburg, GA, where she grew up and graduated from Lee County High School in 2002. She then took her journey to Valdosta, GA and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valdosta State University in May 2006. After receiving her Bachelor's, she then moved to Auburn, AL and worked at East Alabama Medical Center as a Registered Nurse for eight years. It was in Auburn that she met her husband, Bart.

While working as a nurse, Hayley attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she graduated with a Master’s degree in Nursing in April 2015. She earned a dual certification as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as well as a Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner certified by the National Certification Corporation.

Hayley spent her first few years as a Nurse Practitioner in Jacksonville, FL working with Obstetric and Gynecologic patients. She then relocated to Dothan, AL to be closer to family and continued her practice in the Wiregrass area.

Hayley and her husband Bart have one son, Grayson. She enjoys spending time with family and is actively involved with her church, Ridgecrest Baptist. In her free time, she loves spending time with friends and going to the beach.

"In accordance to Aventa's mission, I truly have a heart for caring for women of all ages. I have worked with women from a very early age, whether it be teaching a girls Bible study, volunteering on mission trips, or caring for women in the patient setting." says McDaniel.

Hayley is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health and the Alabama State Nurses Association.
